What We Believe
What is Affordable Housing?
Our community participates in several housing programs, including the Housing Tax Credit (HTC) Program and the HOME Program, that work together to maintain below-market rents for qualifying households. These programs not only help keep monthly housing costs affordable but also protect residents from sudden rent increases outside the limits established each year by HUD and TDHCA.
Qualifying can be a more in-depth process than usual rental screening practices, but our management team is available to assist each applicant every step of the way. While the process may take a little extra effort, many applicants find it worthwhile as they pursue a home in our affordable community. Our team is here to guide and support you throughout each step toward becoming a resident at Sansom Ridge Apartments.
